Specifications:
Most standard 4x4s typically require around 250–350ml for full coverage (less than one bottle). Applying more than recommended may result in less-than-ideal performance.
Rust Shield can last anywhere from 6 - 12 months depending on how often you use your car off-road. We suggest checking before each trip to ensure you're protected.

How to check: Rust Shield leaves a hydrophobic barrier on your vehicles chassis. Once the hydrophobic properties start to fail It's time to reapply.

Pro Tips:

• If your Chassis doesn't rinse clean with a quick wash, your Rust Shield coating may need topping up.
• Avoid storage in sub-zero temperatures.
• If you are a passionate off-roader or beach goer - you may need to reapply Rust Shield several times per year to ensure you stay protected.

How to Use:

• Step 1: Pressure wash the appointed areas of your vehicle or trailer, best used with Salt Shifts All Purpose Cleaner.
• Step 2: Allow to dry free of water residue
• Step 3: Spray Salt Shift Rust Shield on
• Step 4: Allow 3 hours to tack dry before any normal tarmac driving, then allow 3-4 days to cure and harden before any trail/beach driving, vessel launching or commuting on wet roads. Ensure to check if it has cured to a non-stick touch test prior to going off-road.

• ENSURE RUST SHIELD HAS FULLY CURED BEFORE GOING OFF ROAD (TOUCH TEST).
