At Ezy Auto Parts, we are committed to delivering your automotive parts quickly and reliably across Australia.
Shipping Rates
- Orders from $0 to $99 AUD — Flat shipping rate of $14.99 AUD
- Orders over $100 AUD — FREE shipping Australia-wide
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.
Please note: Free and flat-rate shipping applies to standard items only. Oversized, bulky, or heavy items (e.g. body panels, exhausts, large mechanical components) may attract additional freight charges, which will be shown at checkout or quoted before dispatch.
Store Pickup
Many of our products are available for FREE Store Pickup from our Malaga location, including batteries and other selected items.
To collect your order in-store:
- Select Store Pickup at checkout (available on eligible products).
- Wait for your confirmation email letting you know your order is ready.
- Bring your order confirmation and a valid photo ID to collect.

Orders not collected within 14 days may be cancelled and refunded, or a restocking fee may apply.
Order Processing
All orders are processed promptly after payment confirmation. Orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times may vary depending on your location within Australia. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout where applicable. As a general guide:
- WA Metro: 2–5 business days
- Other states & territories: 3–10 business days
- Regional & remote areas: Please allow additional time

Delivery Area
We currently ship Australia-wide. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Dangerous Goods & Restricted Items
Certain items — including batteries, fluids, aerosols, airbags, and other automotive chemicals — are classified as Dangerous Goods and are subject to carrier restrictions. These items may only be available for Store Pickup, may ship via specific carriers, or may incur additional handling fees. Restrictions will be noted at checkout where applicable.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent to your registered email address (where applicable).
Damaged, Lost or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order on delivery. If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or you receive an incorrect part, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve it quickly. Where possible, please keep all packaging and provide photos of any damage to help us process your claim.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Ezy Auto Parts is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. Parcels returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address may incur a re-shipping fee.
Fitment Responsibility
It is the customer's responsibility to confirm that a part is correct for their vehicle before purchase. If you're unsure, please contact our team with your vehicle details (make, model, year, VIN) and we'll be glad to help.
