All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Ezy Auto Parts is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather events, or circumstances outside our control.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Store Pickup

Selected products, including batteries and certain other items, are available for free Store Pickup from our Malaga location. Pickup is available only on eligible products as indicated at checkout. Orders must be collected within a reasonable period and may be cancelled and refunded if not collected. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid photo ID to collect your order.

Returns & Refunds

Our Returns & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item for change-of-mind returns.

To be eligible for a return:

• the item must be unused and in original condition;
• tags and original packaging must be included; and
• proof of purchase must be provided.

Certain items cannot be returned for change of mind, including:

• sale or clearance items;
• gift cards;
• custom, special-order, or personalised products;

• flammable liquids, fluids, chemicals, or gases; and
• personal care goods.

This does not affect your rights where an item is faulty, not as described, or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
